Uluhlu lwezinto ezifuna ukukhangelwa
Icandelo le-18 loMthetho weZikolo zoMzantsi Afrika (ama-84 ka-1996) ufuna okokuba nasiphi na isikolo sivelise umgaqo siseko, kwaye siwufake kwiSebe lezeMfundo. Olu xwebhu lwenkqubo lubalula indlela apho I-SGB ngenkqu iza kuqhuba imicimbi yayo. Umgaqo siseko we-SGB yinkqubo ebalulekileyo njengoko ibonelela igunya elisemthethweni ngokwamkela ezinye iinkqubo.

Isiqulatho esicetyiswayo

NgokoMthetho weZikolo zoMzantsi Afrika I-(SASA) ... iSikolo saziswa njengesikolo sikawonke wonke. Oku kuthetha okokuba isikolo "singumntu ngokwasemthethweni" onesikhundla somthetho sokwenza imisebenzi ngokwe-SASA. Lo mthetho ufuna okokuba isikolo sikawonke wonke ngasinye sibe neQela loLawulo lweSikolo (I-SGB) echaza isiseko sentsusa kunye nemithetho isikolo esinokuqhuba ngayo. Olu xwebhu luchaza ukuba I-SGB iza kuqhuba njani.
